• Deposits and fees may be non-refundable due to resource allocation, scheduling commitments, and preparatory work undertaken.

• Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of the Company and do not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consulting Sessions

Our consultation sessions are designed to provide personalized strategic guidance and preparation in advance.

• Fees for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will gladly work with you to arrange another suitable time.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not qualify for rescheduling.

We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always aim to handle exceptional circumstances with fairness and consideration.

Project-Based Services

For strategic consulting, business setup support, career advisory programs, travel advisory services, and other structured engagements:

• Deposits secure your project slot and are therefore non-refundable.

• If a project is discontinued after work has begun, fees covering completed work and time invested up to that point remain payable.

• Where appropriate, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of the project and services already delivered.
