We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government institution.

Our services include professional advisory, documentation preparation support, application coordination, regulatory guidance, and administrative assistance.

All government decisions, approvals, timelines, and statutory fees are determined solely by the relevant government authorities. Chrizryanz Services Limited does not guarantee approval outcomes.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any misrepresentation by a client may result in delays, rejection, or legal consequences for which Chrizryanz Services Limited shall not be liable.

Professional service fees are separate from statutory or government-imposed fees.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

Service Engagement
Engagement begins only after:

• Written agreement/completed consent form.

• Confirmation of scope.

• Payment of agreed and required fees.

 Scope of Services
Services may include:

• Strategic business consulting

• HR Consulting

• Career counselling

• Business formation advisory

• Operational structure advisory

• Special advisory services

• Travel advisory services

Each engagement is governed by a mutually agreed scope of work.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Respond promptly to communication

• Make timely payments

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
